Automate the processes your company holds up by hand

Orders, approvals, notifications and tracking: we build them inside the tools your company already pays for, so they keep moving without anyone having to remember. And when it's needed, the website and the campaigns that bring the work, too.

Built on what your company already uses

A process that depends on someone remembering isn’t a process.

It’s a person acting as a system.

And that person, one day, goes on holiday.

That’s what we fix.

How we work

A layer on top. We replace nothing.

We don’t ask you to change ERP, storefront or agency. Your email, your permissions, your Shopify and your Meta and Google accounts stay where they are — we sit on top to connect the pieces, measure them and keep the business moving on its own.

Services

Four disciplines, one person responsible

We work with companies in Spain and with Hispanic businesses in the United States. An orderly process needs a site feeding it, and a campaign without measurement is just spend — which is why they sit under one roof.

Process automation

We map the real process, rebuild it inside your own tools, and — if you want — stay watching it.

  • A map of the current process and its breaking points
  • Built in your environment, with no new licences where that can be avoided
  • Documentation and a rollback plan for every change
  • Optional monthly maintenance: monitoring, incidents and adjustments included

Web development

Company sites, landing pages and internal tools. Your code, deployed to your own account.

  • Custom design and build, never a template
  • Performance, accessibility and SEO from the first deploy
  • Analytics and conversion tracking configured
  • A content editor and a bilingual version when needed

Consulting and growth

To put the company in order inside, or to grow it outside. We look at the whole funnel and tell you where the money is going.

  • Funnel diagnosis: acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase and real margin
  • A scaling plan for ecommerce: product, store, campaigns and post-purchase
  • An audit of the operation: processes, permissions and what rests on one person
  • A prioritised phased plan and a closing session to turn it into decisions

The monthly retainer is optional, and often unnecessary

Some engagements are delivered and closed: a website, a diagnosis, a store. No retainer there. A process that runs every day is different — handed over and abandoned, it breaks within six months, because someone renames a column, a connector changes, or the person whose account authenticated it leaves. That’s why the watch exists, but you only take it if you want us to stay responsible. If you don’t, we hand it over documented and you carry on.

The deliverable

This is the report the diagnosis ends in

Eight pages: your process step by step, where it breaks and what each break costs, what gets automated and what doesn't, the phased proposal with prices and timings, and the rollback plan. The example is built on an invented company.

What's already running

Over a hundred live workflows, most of them small. These are four that give back the most time, told by sector and naming nobody.

Which process falls over every week?
