Work
Case studies
Some of this work is internal and goes without a client name or screenshots. What is told in full is the problem, the decisions and the result.

An app so the job sheet gets filled in where the work happens
Job sheets were written on paper and typed up in the afternoon, so half of them arrived late or not at all. Now they are filled in on a phone, on site, with a photo and a signature.
Automatic replies that don't read as automatic
60% of incoming email was four repeated questions. They now answer themselves, with that customer's actual details, and only what deserves a person reaches one.
The 8am email that replaced the status meeting
A daily digest with what is due today, what has been stuck too long and what was closed. The Monday meeting to find out where things stood stopped being necessary.
Things that expire warn you before they expire
Contracts, insurance, certificates and permits expired unnoticed until somebody needed them. They now warn at 60, 30 and 7 days, to the person who can actually renew them.
Bookings that confirm themselves and stop leaving empty tables
Automatic confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a kitchen notice with the real headcount. No-shows fell because the customer confirms with one tap.
Appointment reminders that cut no-shows without phoning anyone
Automatic reminders 48 and 24 hours ahead, with an option to reschedule. Reception stopped spending the morning calling people one by one.
Onboarding stops being a chain of emails
One form triggers everything: accounts, permissions, equipment, paperwork and training. On day one the person has what they need to work.
Supplier invoices that read and file themselves
The invoice arrives by email, the data is extracted, checked against the order and filed where it belongs. Only what doesn't match reaches a person.
An agent system that researches while I sleep
Self-hosted infrastructure where an orchestrator hands out the work and n8n executes it: opportunity discovery, classification against criteria I define, and material production.
A site that sells automation without calling it digital transformation
My own automation brand for Spanish tax, accounting and payroll firms. The site isn't a brochure: it's the catalogue, the demo room, the cost calculator and the booking page, all static and served from the edge.
DTC store: product, storefront and campaigns
My own direct-to-consumer project in fashion, with agent-assisted product research and growth driven by paid media.
