A process that crosses islands by email
Orders or requests that leave one island and need approval on another. Nobody knows the state of anything until someone picks up the phone.
Canary Islands · Tenerife and Gran Canaria
I work from Tenerife, on Canary Islands time, with companies operating here. I know what running an operation across islands costs, because I do it every day at a company operating across islands.
Operating in the Canaries adds friction the mainland doesn't have: goods crossing by sea on their own schedule, IGIC instead of VAT, teams split across two or three islands, and suppliers who aren't always local. Each of those frictions ends up as an email, a phone call or a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand.
I run the digital support and internal automation of a company with daily operations spread across islands. This isn't theory: if the processes I build break, I'm the one who feels it first.

The official system says one thing and the spreadsheet one person maintains says the truth. When that person is off, the company is blind.
Almost every company here already pays for licences that include Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint, and uses them only for email.
Flows authenticated with someone's user and critical data on their disk. It works until the day that person leaves.
No commitment and no sales deck. You tell me how the process works today and I tell you whether it can be fixed, what it costs and how long it takes.
