Onboarding stops being a chain of emails
One form triggers everything: accounts, permissions, equipment, paperwork and training. On day one the person has what they need to work.

Context
- Every new starter was a chain of emails between HR, IT and the department head.
- Whatever wasn't asked for by email didn't get asked for: nobody held the full list.
The problem
- People arriving on day one with no laptop, no email or no access to what they needed.
- No record of what was issued to whom, which made leavers just as messy.
What I did
- A starter form taking only role, department and start date as inputs.
- The workflow opens tasks for each team with the lead time each one needs.
- Mandatory paperwork and training sent automatically, with a read receipt.
- The same record drives the leaver process: you know exactly what to revoke.
Result
- Day one stops being a day lost waiting for access.
- Leavers stop leaving accounts open, which is the risk nobody looks at.
